Nothing complimentary about saying something is a quick fix, but let's think about that for a moment. In the time you can drive to a studio, take an hour lesson and return home, you can watch and participate in four lessons. Don't remember exactly what the teacher said about uncontrolled tension? Sorry, you'll have to wait until your next lesson. Or you can simply click "Replay", and do so in your birthday suit, if you so choose.
